Justteachers are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. This is a long-term supply role to start in February, providing you with the chance to create a positive impact on the learning and well-being of students who need it most.

The school offers a safe and supportive environment to pupils and staff and holds nurturing and therapeutic values at it’s core.

This role is ideal for someone with patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students – delivering phonics interventions to KS1 and KS2 pupils
  • Supporting the class teacher with positive and captivating learning approaches

Key Requirements

  • Two school based references or references proving experience in care/working with children
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification
  • A passion for working with children and the ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Right to work in the UK.
