justteachers are looking for a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Support Teaching Assistant to join this nurturing nursery setting. In this role, you will support the early development of children, working closely with the nursery team to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences. This role is set to begin in February on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide individual and group support to children, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Work closely with the nursery staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through nurturing interactions.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • A warm, patient, and supportive approach to working with young children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development.
  • A clear enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • Two education or school-based references are essential.
