An excellent Primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire is looking for an experienced and strong Year 6 Teacher to join their dynamic and successful team for a position starting in February 2025 on a full time basis, on a fixed term contract for one year.

Ideal candidates would be excellent practitioners who are committed to developed creative independent learners and develop excellent relationships.

Requirements:
• They are seeking a candidate who has extensive Year 6, KS2 teaching experience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Year 6 Teacher, with a sound knowledge of preparing pupils for SATs and keeping post SAT pupils focused on work.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion to teach to a high level and will be dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.
• You will be able to design and deliver outstanding lessons that engage your pupils with fun, play and activities. This school also boasts a brilliant leadership team who offer all of their staff fantastic support.

You will need:

• Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
• Proven experience in Primary Education
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
• To be subject to Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
• The legal right to work in the UK
