Inclusion Manager required in a secondary academy in North Manchester

Paid on the Support Staff Salary Scale (£170 – £183 per day)

Full time position to start in January in a successful supportive school

This North Manchester school are looking for an inclusion manager to start with them in January. The main aim of this role is to develop the internal exclusion provision which is already in place to reduce the need for fixed term exclusive. You will be supporting the teaching and learning of students experiencing behavioural difficulties, or are placed in exclusion on a repeat basis.

You will need:
– Experience teaching or supporting students with behavioural issues
– Right to Work in the UK
– A DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
– Strong communication and relationship building skills
– The motivation to want to help students who are struggling with in-classroom education
– To be empathetic and understanding to young peoples challenges
