justteachers teaching agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher to join a secondary school in Rugby and support their Humanities department.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Religious Education lessons to secondary school students.
Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire interest in world religions, ethics, and values.
Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support cross-curricular links.
Communicate effectively with parents to support student development.

Ideal Candidate
Qualified Secondary School Teacher (QTS) with a specialization in Religious Education.
Strong knowledge of the RE curriculum, including major world religions, philosophy, and ethics.
Passionate about supporting students’ moral and spiritual development.
Creative, engaging, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Experience in teaching RE or a related subject at the secondary level.
You must have the legal requirements to work in the UK.
