Justteachers Recruitment Agency is thrilled to be recruiting for a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join an SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young learners with special educational needs (SEN) and willing to take on planning and marking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum, tailored to the needs of children with SEN.
Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and marking of lessons.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
Collaborate with colleagues to track student progress and provide additional support where needed.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Foster the emotional, social, and academic development of students in line with their individual needs.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting, ideally with SEN children.
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how it applies to children with special educational needs.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, assess, and mark efficiently.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children with varying needs.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
