Justteachers Recruitment Agency is thrilled to be recruiting for a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join an SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young learners with special educational needs (SEN) and willing to take on planning and marking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum, tailored to the needs of children with SEN.
  • Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and marking of lessons.
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to track student progress and provide additional support where needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
  • Foster the emotional, social, and academic development of students in line with their individual needs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting, ideally with SEN children.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how it applies to children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, assess, and mark efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
  • A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children with varying needs.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
