£130 - £220 PER DAY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE

Justteachers Teaching Agency is seeking a compassionate and motivated Secondary SEN Teacher to join a school in Nuneaton, supporting students with complex needs and learning difficulties. This full-time position is to begin in January 2025, or earlier if possible. The role is for long-term supply with the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with complex needs and learning difficulties
  • Implement and adapt teaching strategies to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored feedback to support individual development
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to enhance the educational experience for all students
  • Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure effective communication and support
  • Promote a safe and nurturing classroom environment where every student can thrive

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong understanding of complex needs and learning difficulties in a secondary school setting
  • Passionate about working with students who require additional support
  • Flexible, creative, and able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Experience working in SEN environments is desirable but not essential
  • You must have the legal requirements to work in the UK
