Justteachers supports Special Schools throughout Lancashire and are looking for a Maths teacher to work on an ad hoc basis as a home tutor, supporting students during a transition period between schools.
Our mission is to create an inclusive learning environment where each child’s potential can be fully realized. We are currently seeking a SEND One to One Home Tutor to join our team and work closely with children in their home environment teaching GCSE Maths.
Job Description:
As a SEND One to One Home Tutor, you will provide one-on-one educational support to children with SEND within their homes. You will deliver tailored lesson plans that cater to the child’s individual learning needs, ensuring that they receive the support necessary to thrive academically and personally. You will work closely with parents and external professionals to monitor progress and adjust learning plans accordingly. The current role is for 20 hours per week additional hours will be available.
