justteachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to KS1 and KS2 pupils. You will work closely with teachers, parents and other professionals to help to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment and provide support tailored to the needs of each pupil you support.
Our partner school in South Manchester is friendly and welcoming and truly holds the pupils at the centre of everything that they do. Reports have praised the attitudes to learning and the good behaviour of the pupils.
Although the role is predominantly in support of pupils in a 1:1 scenario you may also be required to support groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff.
