Justteachers Teaching Agency is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Year 3 teacher to join a friendly school in Coventry. This position is ideal for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality education and nurturing the development of young learners in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and styles
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote the well-being and academic success of students

Start date January 2025 on a temporary contract.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 1, is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and resilience
  • You must have legal requirements to be able to work in the UK.
