Responsibilities:
.Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 teaching experience is a bonus)
.Take on full classroom responsibilities, including marking, reporting, and student progress monitoring
.Foster a love of English and literature, inspiring students to achieve their full potential
.Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s literacy initiatives and overall development
.Maintain high standards of classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
.Proven experience teaching English in a classroom setting
.Excellent communication and organizational skills
.A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students of all abilities
.Commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to teamwork
