Justteachers teaching agency is recruiting for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to work with one of our SEND secondary school located in Preston. This job will commence September and is expected to last until Christmas

• To succeed in this job you will need to be a strong support worker who can engage with pupils and make an immediate impact to their education

You will have:

• Two references from an education or care provider
• Experience working within the age range 11-16 (KS3+KS4)
• Experience working in SEND

• The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities

• Strong behaviour management skills
• A Level 4 qualification
• Experience as a HLTA or TA with planning and delivering responsibilities
• The ability to lead lessons
