This Cover Supervisor role is to start with the school from September 2024.

As a Cover Supervisor your role will be to teach classes to cover short term absence of teachers. You will teach the lesson that has been set by the usual class teacher, taking full account of the schools behaviour policy and ensuring the quality of learning experience for students within the class.

You will have:

• Be minimum degree level qualified or have previous experience as a cover supervisor
• Be able to supply at least 2 education/school-based references from the last two years (this includes college/ university placements).
• Have the ability to lead and cover none subject specialism lessons
• Hold strong behaviour management skills and be able to engage pupils regardless of their ability and background
