The main role of a Lead Teacher is to develop and lead the exceptionally effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum to ensure all pupils make excellent progress in the given subject area.
Our partner College provides exceptional education and care for children and adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours of concern.
The role is offered on a full-time basis from September 2024. The successful applicant would be accountable for the highest standards of student achievement, monitoring and evaluating student achievement and setting targets for improvement. You will lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of the college, evaluating the quality of teaching and securing and sustaining effective teaching.
