£120 - £180 PER DAY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE

Justteachers Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to support a primary school in Peterborough. This full-time position is set to begin after October half term and includes PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 students.
• Provide PPA cover as required, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
• Implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2), preferably Year 4.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
