Justteachers have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cover Supervisor to provide support in a range of partner Secondary schools in and around Boston from September 2024. The role will be to provide regular assistance for teacher absence across various classes and, on occasion, working with smaller student groups as and when required throughout the school day. This role is suited to either full or part time applicants.
The ideal candidate will have experience with KS3 and KS4 students across the curriculum and subject fields. You will feel confident in delivering lessons with a focus on improving pupil engagement and encouraging progression during their school career.
You must have
• Two education based references
• Hold a passion for providing support and encouragement to all students.
• Be calm, kind natured and confident in your abilities as a Teaching Assistant.
• Previous experience within a similar role is preferred.
