Job Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons and managing classrooms in the absence of regular teachers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that students continue to learn effectively, even when their usual teacher is not available. You will maintain classroom discipline, support students with their learning activities, and ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during teacher absences, ensuring they remain engaged with their work.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.
• Maintain classroom order and uphold the school’s behavior policies.
• Assist students with any questions or concerns they may have during lessons.
• Report back to teachers on student progress and any issues that arise.
