Cover Supervisor – King’s Lynn

Justteachers are currently recruiting for one of our partner college settings located in the heart of King’s Lynn. They are looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team. The college caters to a wide range of subjects from A Levels to Apprenticeships and Vocational courses. so teaching staff with an industry background are encouraged to apply.

The college offers state of the art facilities, provides learning throughout Norfolk and Cambridge and has recently been rated ‘GOOD’ in OFSTED.

This role is due to commence ASAP, but the college is willing to wait for the right candidate.

In this role you will be expected to cover a wide variety of subjects, all work will be pre-set, across KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set work in a range of subjects
• Engage and motivate students to complete their work to the best of their abilities.
• Support students with their learning and address any questions or concerns they may have

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
• Friendly, positive, and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover a wide variety of subjects and year groups.
