About Us:

Justteachers are working with a vibrant and nurturing primary school located in Rugby to seek out a passionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, working afternoons only in Reception and Nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Reception class and Nursery children within the EYFS department.
Assist with the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Support the class teacher with daily tasks, including preparing resources and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Assist in the physical care of nursery children, including changing and feeding when necessary.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in line with EYFS standards.
Encourage positive behaviour and support children’s independence and confidence.

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience working in a primary school, specifically in EYFS settings (Reception and/or Nursery).
Must be comfortable with personal care duties, including changing and feeding nursery children.
A warm, patient, and caring approach to working with young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
