Justteachers are working with a primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire who are looking for a full time KS2 Teacher.  The school is vibrant with a supportive, welcoming, nurturing environment. The school has polite children who are eager to learn and there are excellent opportunities for continued professional development for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in class.
  • Implement and support positive pupil behaviour and learning strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and the school team.
  • Contribute to the nurturing ethos of the school.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates excellent recent classroom practice or training.
  • Shows a good understanding or experience in supporting positive pupil behaviour and learning.
  • Is adept at forming strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Possesses an excellent understanding of SEN or has a keen interest in developing this knowledge.

You will have:

  • Two references from an education or care provider
  • Teaching Qualification QTS
  • Experience in providing a positive learning environment
