Justteachers is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire. In this role, you will support pupils in the Nursery during the mornings and in the Reception class during the afternoons, helping to create an effective and engaging learning environment. This is a full time role starting as soon as compliance is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the delivery of high-quality support in Nursery and Reception classes.
– Help maintain a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
– Work closely with teachers and staff to enhance educational experiences.
– Provide individualized support to meet the needs of each child.
Requirements:
– Two references from an education or care provider.
– Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant Qualification.
– Experience in fostering a positive learning environment.
