Justteachers are looking for a long term Learning Support Assistant to join the team of an excellent Primary School in Nuneaton. You will be providing essential SEN support in the classroom, within this role you will be working both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs to access the curriculum and achieve their potential. You will responsible for adapting learning materials, delivering personalised support, and providing pastoral care to ensure each pupil’s specific needs are met. In this role you will work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to monitor progress, providing feedback and contributing to the development of individual support strategies.
