Justteachers teaching agency is currently in the process of hiring a Teacher of Science to join a well-respected Secondary School in King’s Lynn. As a Science Teacher your role will involve delivering KS3 & KS4 lessons to students, whilst employing positive behaviour management techniques with children and young adults.

The Successful candidate will become part of a supportive school environment with a team that fosters career growth. Our client school is a well-established Secondary school, equipped with a Science Department that goes the extra mile to ensure students achieve their maximum potential.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum and a grasp of the 1-9 grading system. Additionally, candidates must be UK residents, having lived in the country for at least 6 months, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.

This position is due to start after October half-term so urgency is required in order to be considered for this role. Initially on a supply basis until the Easter, for the right candidate there could be the opportunity to become permanent in September 2025.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • QTS/QTLS/PGCE certification.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering the curriculum at KS4 level.
  • Possess energy, enthusiasm, and a visionary approach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and motivate students of varying abilities.
