Year 3 Teacher (0.6 FTE) – Nuneaton

Justteachers are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join one of our partner primary schools in Nuneaton. This is a part time role working 3 days per week (0.6 FTE), beginning from January 2025.

Role Overview:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to a class of enthusiastic students. You will be expected to create a positive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth while adhering to the national curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child’s learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3 students.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
