Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic qualified KS2 Teachers to join our team to work in schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced or newly qualified teachers alike who are looking for flexible working arrangements and the chance to work in a variety of educational settings.

As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in different schools, gaining valuable experience and making a significant impact on early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to children aged 7-11 years old
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Support children’s social and emotional development
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to education
• Maintain classroom management and adhere to school policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years Teaching qualification
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in different schools and settings
• A valid DBS check registered with the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
