Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Supporting children’s learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Assisting with the assessment of student progress and supporting their individual needs
• Supervising students during break and lunch times

Requirements:

• Experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting
• A proactive, positive approach to engaging with young learners
• Relevant qualifications (such as a Teaching Assistant qualification)
• A commitment to ensuring all children reach their full potential.
