£150 - £250 PER DAY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE

Justteachers is actively seeking a passionate and qualified Health and Social Care Teacher to teach Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students at a partner school in the Keighley area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and progressive team while contributing to the success of students preparing for their future careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Health and Social Care for KS4 & KS5 students
  • Prepare students for assessments and coursework, ensuring they meet the required standards for vocational qualifications
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students are encouraged to achieve their potential
  • Track and report on student progress, offering tailored support and intervention when needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and ensure a cohesive approach to education

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in teaching Health and Social Care
  • In-depth knowledge of the HSC BTEC Qualifications for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students with varying abilities and aspirations
