Justteachers is  are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated  ICT/Computer Science Teacher to join one of our partnered schools in Spalding.

The successful candidate will inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering creative and innovative lessons that foster a love for technology and computing.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in ICT and Computer Science, covering a range of topics including programming, networks, cybersecurity, and digital literacy
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure outstanding student progress and engagement
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning and promote active participation
  • Prepare students for exams by delivering the curriculum in an engaging, effective way and providing support and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement in teaching strategies and curriculum development
  • Support students’ personal and academic growth through mentorship and pastoral care

Requirements:  

  • A degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, IT systems, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students
  • A passion for education and a commitment to developing students’ digital skills for the modern world
  • Experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at secondary school level (KS3-KS4), but newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply
