justteachers is currently recruiting for an inspiring and talented Music Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is passionate about music and committed to fostering creativity and musical development in students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Teach a broad range of musical styles and techniques, incorporating both practical and theoretical elements.
  • Inspire and develop students’ musical skills, encouraging participation in school performances and extracurricular activities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their musical and academic growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum and collaborate with the wider Performing Arts department.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music and performing arts.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to engage with and excel in Music.
