Teaching Assistant Cromer

Jussteachers are looking for a motivated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time supply basis, supporting one of our partner schools near Cromer. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in various educational settings, offering a chance to develop your skills while positively impacting students’ learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support classroom activities.
• Provide individual or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Help create an inclusive, encouraging, and well-organized learning environment.
• Assist with preparing learning materials and resources for lessons.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant and/or qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• A strong passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
• Willingness to work flexibly and adjust to varying school requirements.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
• Right to work in the UK
