justteachers is currently recruiting for a skilled and enthusiastic Engineering Teacher to join a progressive secondary school in Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator with a passion for engineering who is keen to inspire the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Engineering lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Teach a variety of engineering concepts, including mechanical, electrical, and design engineering.
  • Use practical and theoretical methods to develop students’ technical skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and technical development.
  • Contribute to the development of the Engineering curriculum and engage in school-wide events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Engineering or related subjects in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for engineering and technology.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to engage with and excel in Engineering.
