Our school in the Leeds area is seeking a full-time Computer Science teacher to start in January 2025. This is a temporary position running through the end of the academic year, with potential to transition into a permanent role afterward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging Computer Science lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to varying levels of ability and inspire a genuine interest in technology.
• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel motivated to participate and succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive learning experience across the department and contribute to the school community.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Two recent references from the past two years
• Proficiency and confidence in teaching the Key Stage 3/4 Computer Science curriculum
• A passion for enhancing the educational journey of each student through dynamic and inclusive teaching
