Justteachers teaching agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Downham Market. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver high-quality Science lessons up to A-Level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging Science lessons for KS3, KS4, and A-Level students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop students’ understanding and enthusiasm for Science, encouraging them to reach their full potential
• Prepare students for A-Level examinations, ensuring a thorough understanding of curriculum requirements
• Use innovative teaching strategies and techniques to promote scientific curiosity
• Assess, track, and report on students’ progress regularly

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Demonstrated experience teaching Science, ideally at A-Level, within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
