Justteachers Supply Agency are looking for a committed and experienced Maths Teacher to cover a maternity leave at a school in Rugby. This full-time role is set to begin in January 2025 and will require full classroom responsibilities, including lesson planning, delivery, assessment, and supporting students’ progress in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
– Teaching: Deliver high-quality Maths lessons, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities
– Planning & Assessment: Take on full classroom responsibilities, including preparing lesson plans, assessing student work, and tracking progress to meet curriculum goals
– Classroom Management: Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment, utilizing strong classroom management strategies to foster a focused and productive setting
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
– Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level
– Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to engaging students
– Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
