Art Teacher Peterborough

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our school’s team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring Art lessons that engage students and encourage them to explore their creativity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Art teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make an impact in a dynamic school community.

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and possibly Key Stage 5).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that inspires creativity.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the Art curriculum and department resources.
• Promote students’ artistic expression through extracurricular activities, clubs, and exhibitions.
• Uphold the school’s policies and values while ensuring the well-being of all students.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Art or a related subject.
• A passion for Art and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and sharing best practices.
