Justteachers is seeking an experienced and resilient Year 1 Teacher to cover senior leadership team (SLT) time in a Year 1 classroom starting in January. This role is perfect for a qualified teacher looking for a flexible, part-time position without planning responsibilities.

Role Highlights

• Position: Year 1 Class Teacher (SLT Cover)
• Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday – Friday)
• Planning: No planning responsibilities required, allowing you to focus entirely on classroom teaching and student support.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1, preferably in Year 1.
• Behaviour Management: This class presents challenging needs, so strong classroom and behaviour management skills are essential.
• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
