KS1 Teacher Boston

Justteachers is currently recruiting a dynamic and flexible KS1 Cover Teacher to work full-time in a welcoming primary school in Boston, Lincolnshire. This role will begin in January 2025 and is expected to continue through to July 2025, offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a difference across KS1 classes.

Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Provide consistent, high-quality teaching across all KS1 classes as needed.
• Adapt and deliver engaging lessons, following the school’s curriculum and plans.
• Establish strong classroom management and foster a supportive, positive environment.
• Liaise with KS1 teachers and staff to support each class’s unique needs.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with both teachers and parents.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS1 education.
• Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to covering multiple classes.
• Has excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and child-centred teaching style.
• Can confidently manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
