About the Role:
justteachers is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Primary Teacher to join our partner schools in Burnley. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed educator, with a proven track record of fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. You will play a key role in developing the academic and social skills of Key Stage 2 pupils, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of all pupils in Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes both academic achievement and personal development.
• Assess, monitor, and record the progress of pupils, providing constructive feedback and differentiated support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
• Promote a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment.
• Participate in school activities, parent evenings, and ongoing professional development sessions.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or an equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a KS2 setting, with strong subject knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Proven ability to differentiate instruction and use innovative teaching methods to engage diverse learners.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with school policies.
