Justteachers are seeking a dedicated KS2 Intervention Teacher to work within one of our partner primary schools near King’s Lynn. This long-term supply role is designed to provide targeted support to KS2 students, helping them reach their individual learning goals and close any achievement gaps. Experience in intervention teaching and knowledge of the KS2 curriculum are highly beneficial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver focused intervention sessions to support students in areas where they need extra help.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs, fostering confidence and understanding.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to identify students’ specific learning needs.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2 students.
  • Proven experience in delivering effective interventions and supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and an ability to engage students in a positive learning process.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
