£80 - £95 PER DAY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE

Justteachers are currently working with a SEN school in the Norwich area, who are looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant from January 2025. This is a long-term role (expected to last until July 25). In this role you will be working part of a team to support Primary aged students with complex needs. The role is full-time (08.30-15.30 MON-FRI.)

The right candidate will be experienced working with SEN, have a positive and motivated attitude and have a good understanding of phonics. You will also have a clear & enhanced DBS, or willing to apply for one.

This role complies with AWR (2010) regulations protecting agency workers’ rights.

You will have:

  • Two references from an education or care provider
  • Experience working within the age range 2-11
  • Previous phonics’ experience is desired but appropriate CPD can be provided by the school
  • Energy, enthusiasm and vision
  • A strong commitment to raising standards
  • The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Experience of providing a positive learning environment
