About the Role:
Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join an inclusive and nurturing primary school located in Blackburn. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students in Year 3.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupil engagement, curiosity, and respect.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain high expectations for behavior and learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider school life, including participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally within Key Stage 2.
• Proven ability to differentiate teaching to accommodate various learning styles and needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about providing a high standard of education and making a difference in students’ lives.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
