Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans in line with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure a cohesive teaching approach.
- Contribute to the overall development of the English department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary level is preferred but newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for literature, language, and inspiring young minds.
