Job Description:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with a team of passionate professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the development and well-being of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal times, naps, and hygiene practices.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
