About the Role
A partner school in Warrington is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with students and is eager to gain experience in a classroom setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students’ learning by managing the classroom during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, following lesson plans provided.
• Support students’ learning and manage classroom behaviour according to the school’s policies.
• Provide assistance to students who may need additional help with tasks.
• Help ensure a safe and productive environment for all students.
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members.

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups of students and maintain classroom control.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
