Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking an inspiring and committed English Teacher for a full-time position at a respected secondary school in Southam. This role commences in January 2025 and involves delivering engaging English lessons while taking on full planning and marking responsibilities to support student progress and achievement.
Role Requirements:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students across KS3 and KS4 (experience with KS5 is an advantage)
– Take responsibility for full planning and marking, fostering strong student outcomes and a passion for English
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, following the school’s behavior management and safeguarding policies
– Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Ideal Candidate Will:
– Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognized teaching qualification
– Have relevant teaching experience in secondary English education
– Possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching to different learning needs
– Be enthusiastic, proactive, and a collaborative team member
– Have a commitment to the progress, wellbeing, and engagement of all students
