Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teachers to join our team to work in schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in different schools, gaining valuable experience and making a significant impact on early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to children aged 3-5 years
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Support children’s social and emotional development
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to education
• Maintain classroom management and adhere to school policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years Teaching qualification
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in different schools and settings
• A valid DBS check registered with the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
