This full-time role requires a capable educator who excels in delivering engaging Science lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and handling planning and marking duties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Science lessons tailored to student needs
– Assess and mark student work, providing constructive feedback and supporting progress
– Implement strong behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
– Collaborate with colleagues, participate in school initiatives, and attend relevant meetings

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized teaching qualification
– Experience in teaching Science at the secondary school level (Key Stages 3 and 4 preferred)
– Proven classroom and behaviour management skills
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
– Dedication to student development and a passion for Science education
