Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 5 students in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and assess pupils’ work to achieve learning objectives and support their educational development.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the overall well-being and progress of all students.
• Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Maintain positive behavior management and uphold the school’s ethos and values.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.
• A proven track record of creating a positive learning environment and promoting pupil engagement.
• Strong classroom and behavior management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
