This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative oversubscribed secondary school in the heart of the city with an exceptional in-house CPD programme to enhance career development.  The successful candidate will be required to teach both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4; with the possibility of Key Stage 5. The school are looking to expand the performing Arts department and any applicants aspiring to become a Curriculum Area Leader and who have taken steps to develop their potential in this regard are welcomed.

This teaching position is to start in January 2025 and will be made permanent after an initial probationary period.

You will have:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Two education/school-based references
• Have a positive outlook and look to instil this in your teaching to raise pupil’s aspiration

• A strong commitment to raising standards

• Have high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour
