• Have experience working with vulnerable young people.

• Communicate effectively with SLT, team members, and external agencies as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s safeguarding policies at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote student engagement and learning.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to students, offering strategies to manage adverse behaviours.
• Assist with small group learning and occasionally lead lessons under the direction of the class teacher.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe and secure learning environment.
